Refund policy

At Aeviva, we create science-backed supplements designed to meet your individual needs. Because of the personalized nature of our products, each blend is prepared exclusively for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for personalized supplements once they have been produced and dispatched.

We do, however, stand behind the accuracy and quality of every order. If you receive a personalized product that is incorrect, damaged, or prepared in error (for example, the wrong formulation, dosage, or packaging), please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at [your support email]. We will review your case and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

For non-personalized products (standard supplements in sealed bottles or packaging), returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

  • Returned products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for refund.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved. Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt for processing.

Aeviva reserves the right to decline refund or replacement requests that do not meet the conditions above or that show evidence of misuse or deliberate damage.
